Social Fresh Conference Terms of Service

All sales are final. Cancellations are non-refundable. Promotional codes cannot be retroactively applied, but must be used upon checkout. There are no partial-refunds.

You may transfer your registration to another person up until 30 days prior to the conference start date by providing authorization in writing to us at events@socialfresh.com. Confirmed, invoiced, or paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel are liable for their full conference ticket fee.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of Social Freshh LLC is limited to the return of paid registration fees minus a $100 processing fee.

Likeness waiver — All attendees, partners, presenters, vendors and staff agree to allow the use of any conference multimedia that captured their likeness (including all audio, photo and video or combination of) for conference management and marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy – We agree never to sell your information to a third party. You will receive communications from Social Fresh and appropriate sponsors or partners.
